Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband: ‘We don’t need any government help in madrassas, madrasas are only for dini education, there are schools, colleges and universities for the worldly- Maulana Arshad Madani
Deoband: Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband– ‘Raabta Madaris Ijalas’ was organized in Darul Uloom Deoband, a world famous Islamic educational institution. In which about four and a half thousand madrasa operators from across the state, apart from all the Ulemas and Ustadas associated with Darul Uloom, participated.
In a press conference organized after the program, Maulana Arshad Madani, senior Ustad of Darul Uloom and National President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, opposed the association of madrassas with any board, saying that any board of the world is the purpose of establishing madrassas. can’t understand it, so there is no point in joining madrassas with any board. (Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband)
Responding to the question of government financial assistance to madrassas, Maulana Arshad Madani said that “Madrasas do not need any government help, madrassas have been running on donations and will continue to run on donations, and by becoming Hafiz and Mufti from madrassas, they have started their own business.” Deen work and will continue to offer prayers and education in every village and every hamlet for the sake of religion. We raise our children in schools, colleges and universities to make the rest doctors and engineers. (Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband)
Maulana Arshad Madani said on government intervention in madrassas that “After the intervention of madrassas in Bihar and Assam, madrassas there ended, and if there is government intervention in madrasas in UP, then there will be a situation like Bihar and Assam.” So madrasas don’t need any government intervention or financial help.” (Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband)
He said that “the people of madrassas have liberated the country who love their country unabashedly. But sadly, today question marks are being put on madrassas itself, and it is condemnable for linking madrasa people with terrorism. Efforts are being made. While the reality is that most madrasas do not even have doors, anyone can come and stay there 24 hours a day.
There are no such activities in madrasas which can be hidden, he said. Therefore, there is no objection to the government inquiry into madrassas. Maulana Arshad, in response to a journalist’s question, said that “so far he has not received any such thing from the government that the government wants to take the madrasas under its control. Deoband)
Maulana Arshad Madani further said that “People of every religion work for their religion, so why should we not protect our religion? Along with the society, the country also needs religious people.” (Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband)
He said that Madrasas and Jamiat have nothing to do with politics, we had distanced ourselves after the independence of the country. If we had participated in the politics of the country at that time, we would have been a big share of power today.” (Rabta Madaris Ijlaas Deoband)
