UP Crime News: Murder after rape in train: ‘Khaki’ committed cruelty, big disclosure from call recording, four including constable arrested
Lucknow: UP Crime News- The girl whose body was found some time ago in the Bareilly-Aligarh passenger train at Chandausi station in UP was raped before being strangled to death. Now after confirmation of rape in the post-mortem slide check, the police have increased the section of rape along with the murder case.
According to media reports, 4 people including Bareilly GRP constable Neeraj Kumar have been arrested and sent to jail in this case. Let us inform that on June 29, the body of a 23-year-old girl resident of Aligarh, who was working in a private company in Bareilly, was found in the Divyang compartment of a passenger train going from Bareilly to Aligarh. The relatives of the deceased girl had expressed doubts on 4 people on the basis of phone call recordings and old conversations. Among these, Ishtiaq Ahmed, a carpenter from Bareilly, SR Rajput alias Sheeshram, a resident of Shahjahanpur, working in a private company in Bareilly, Awadhesh Kumar, a resident of Aligarh, and Neeraj Kumar, a constable of Bareilly GRP, were made accused in this case. In the investigation of the slide made at the time of post-mortem of the girl, the matter of rape of the said girl has also come to the fore. After which the police increased the section of rape and arrested 4 accused and sent them to jail. In this regard, SP Aparna Gupta said that “Samples of all the four accused will also be taken for DNA testing of the accused to identify the accused framed in the rape case of the girl.”
